10 of the Best Moments from the 2021 Billboard Music Awards

The 2021 Billboard Music Awards were full of hits and fashion in another awards show that was finally in person, though still following strict COVID-19 guidelines as mentioned by host Nick Jonas.

Racking up the awards was The Weeknd, who won a staggering 10 awards bringing his lifetime total to 19 BBMAs. You read that right. In one night, the R&B artist more than doubled his previous winnings. Other big winners of the night included the late-Pop Smoke, BTS, Gabby Barrett and Bad Bunny. You can view the full wish of winners here

Special honors were also presented to Drake (Artist of the Decade Award), P!nk (Icon Award) and Trae tha Truth (Change Maker Award).

The night was filled with incredible performances both inside and outside of the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles as well as in Seoul, South Korea. Doja Cat & SZA, AJR, Alicia Keys, Twenty One Pilots and Duran Duran were just a few of the ones that had us dancing on our couches.

We don’t know about you but we can’t wait until these artists go back on the road and we can see them perform live. As P!nk put it best, “I can’t wait until we can do it again, ‘til we can just sweat all over each other.”

Maybe a little bit of a gross thought after staying away from people for more than a year, but honestly we miss that feeling.
