This year’s biggest actors in film and television kicked off awards season a month late from all over the world for the 78th Annual Golden Globe Awards.
While there was no traditional red carpet and pre-show due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, nominees continued to slay the fashion game from their own homes while presenters and other show participants wore their Sunday best while posing in front of the traditional step and repeat either at New York City’s Rainbow Room or Los Angeles’ Beverly Hilton Hotel.
The pre-show, HFPA Presents: Globes Countdown Live, will be hosted by Sofia Carson and Zuri Hall as they count down live from The Beverly Hilton for 90 minutes until the show begins. Film experts and hosts Rasha Goel and Scott Mantz will also remotely interview some of the biggest names in anticipation of one of the biggest nights in film and television.
Throughout the show, host of “The Viall Files” podcast, Nick Viall, hosts and personalities, AJ Gibson & Emile Ennis Jr., comedian Fortune Feimster and more will serve as a panel of pop culture experts, participating in fast paced, stimulating discussions about the nominated shows and films and predictions for the night, as well as reminiscing about the best fashion and iconic Golden Globe moments.
