470408078Sunday night was Academy of Country Music Awards 50th Anniversary! As the ACM’s were held in the Dallas Cowboys Stadium, we knew it was bound to be the biggest ACM’s ever!

Hosted by country music artists Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton, this year’s awards was one for the record books, literally.

10. Setting a Guiness World Record

While the 2015 ACMs brought in the biggest live audience ever, it also brought in the biggest television audience for an award show ever!

9. Christina Aguilera Joins Rascal Flatts

With a number of collaborations this year, one of our favorites is definitely powerhouse Christina Aguilera teaming up with the Rascal Flatts to sing “Riot” from their new album Rewind.

8. Miranda Lambert

Country superstar Miranda Lambert took down the house in a red hot performance which set in stone the reason she swept up the awards for almost every category she was in!

7. Taylor Swift‘s Mom

Taylor Swift’s mom presented Taylor with the 2015 MileStone Award at this year’s ACM in a very personal heart warming speech.

6. Opening Performance

Eric Church and Keith Urban hit off the show with a joint opening performance. Eric Church threw back to “Pledge Allegiance to the Hag” while Keith Urban performed his power house “Raise Em Up.”

5. Reba McEntire

Legendary Reba McEntire proved was a true performer is as she took down the house in a way no other artist could last night. We love you Reba!

4. Nick Jonas

One of the surprising collaborations of the night, Nick Jonas teamed up with Dan and Shay to perform Jealous and Chains!

3. Honoree George Strait

George Strait, one of the ACMs most decorated winners was one of the first performers at last night’s show!

2. Garth Brooks Salute

During Brooks‘ performance of “All American Kid,” a slew of military representatives were welcomed into the stadium in an emotional moment, as he also paid tribute to his home town of Oklahoma who are grieving 20 years after the Oklahoma bombing.

1. Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan Host

Everything’s bigger in Texas! As two of country’s favorite leading men, hosts Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton were sure to give it their all as the host of this year’s ACMs and they sure did not disappoint!
