We’re talking all things movies now, so we’ll give you our picks for the following movie categories: Favorite Movie, Favorite Movie Actor, Favorite Movie Actress & Favorite Animated Movie.
The 2018 Kids’ Choice Awards will air LIVE from the “Fabulous” Forum in Inglewood, California on Saturday, March 24th @ 8PM ET/PT on Nickelodeon and feature a performance from nominee JoJo Siwa. It’s hosted by John Cena.

Favorite Movie: Beauty and the Beast; Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2; Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle; Pitch Perfect 3; Spider-Man: Homecoming; Star Wars: The Last Jedi; The Greatest Showman; Wonder Woman
Who We Think Will Win: It was a big year for the box office! From superhero films to a remake of a classic Disney film – the Favorite Movie category is poppin’ this year. We wouldn’t be doing our job if we didn’t do the hard part and pick a movie, so we’re going to go with “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” for the winner. Not only did the movie make a killing at the box office, but the Star Wars franchise is beloved with a strong & loyal fan base.
Favorite Movie Actor: Ben Affleck (Justice League as Bruce Wayne / Batman); Will Ferrell (Daddy’s Home 2 as Brad Whitaker); Kevin Hart (Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle as Franklin “Mouse” Finbar; Chris Hemsworth (Thor: Ragnarok as Thor); Dwayne Johnson (Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle as Dr. Smolder Bravestone) & Chris Pratt (Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 as Peter Quill / Star-Lord).
Who We Think Will Win: This award will most likely be given to Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. While many are qualified and deserving in this category, it’s hard to compete with the beloved actor. From parents to little kids, everyone loves “The Rock” – we’re giving this one to him.
Favorite Movie Actress: Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman & Justice League as Diana Prince / Wonder Woman); Anna Kendrick (Pitch Perfect 3 as Beca Mitchell); Daisy Ridley (Star Wars: The Last Jedi as Rey); Zoe Saldana (Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 as Gamora); Emma Watson (Beauty and the Beast as Belle) & Zendaya (Spider-Man: Homecoming as Michelle “MJ” Jones & The Greatest Showman as Anne Wheeler).
Who We Think Will Win: So many incredible ladies are up for a blimp in this category this year! If we had to choose a winner, it would be Gal Gadot. 2018 has been the year of the woman and Gal’s portrayal of Wonder Women was nothing less than aspirational! We’d be surprised if she wasn’t selected.
Favorite Animated Film: Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie; Cars 3; Coco; Despicable Me 3; Ferdinand; Smurfs: The Lost Village; The Emoji Movie &The Lego Batman Movie
Who We Think Will Win: Definitely Coco! It already won a Golden Globe and an Oscar! The beautifully touching and visually exhilarating film is deserving of the accolade and the favorite to win!
