CelebSecrets4U goes backstage for the fifth week of live shows at American Idol XIV!

Last night kicked off with mentors Florida Georgia Line and Jason Derulo handing host Ryan Seacrest the envelope with tonight’s official results. After the envelope was opened, it was announced that the first performer that would be saved to compete next week would be Jax.

WATCH: American Idol XIV’s Top 8 Perform “Billboard Hits”

Jax gave us a different rendition of Lady Gaga’s “Pokerface.” After Jax, Nick Fradiani performed Katy Perry’s “Teenage Dream,” followed by an epic performance of “Want You to Want Me” from So You Think You Can Dance judge Jason Derulo. After Jason’s performance, Quentin Alexander was saved in the competition, performing Sam Smith’s “Latch.” Following Alexander was a head-banging performance of “Sippin’ On Fire” from Florida Georgia Line.

After mentors Florida Georgia Line took the stage, it was time for Joey Cook to perform her rendition of Miley Cyrus’ smash hit “Wrecking Ball.” Clark Beckham followed with a wonderful performance of “Make It Rain” and Tyanna Jones with “Stay.”

Iggy Azalea and Idol alum Jennifer Hudson followed the contestants with an epic performance of their new hit single “Trouble.” It was so great to see J-Hud back on the Idol stage!

Following the performances, America learned that Qaasim Middleton and Rayvon Owen (again?) were the bottom two contestants this week. Hoping to gain a spot in the Top 7, Rayvon performed “Set Fire to the Rain” while Qaasim performed Outkast’s “Hey Ya.”

After the Idol Fan Save vote, America learned that Rayvon Owen would be saved for a second time in a row, meaning Qaasim Middleton would be packing his bags tonight and heading back to Brooklyn.
