On Wednesday, we were invited to to see upcoming Girl Meets World star Sabrina Carpenter perform songs off of her debut EP, Can’t Blame A Girl For Trying!
Sabrina started out by singing the title song, her first single, and it has been stuck in my head since! She also sang “The Middle of Starting Over” and “White Flag.” She even teased us with a song off of her debut forthcoming full-length album, for which she even played the keyboard. Sabrina’s music is super relatable for young girls, and her vocal chops are truly top-notch. We can’t wait to hear her album in the future!
After the performance, Sabrina sat down with us to talk about the process behind making the EP, her upcoming appearance at this year’s Radio Disney Music Awards, and the highly anticipated TV series Girl Meets World. Check out our interview with Sabrina below.
