Powered with intense swagger and feel-good vibes, Florida Georgia Line debuted “Anything Goes” last night during the CMT Music Awards, literally bringing some heat to downtown Nashville with their signature pyro-infused performance. The dynamic pair picked up Duo Video of the Year for the emotionally-fueled “Dirt.” The music video was directed by Nigel Dick and vividly brings to life the lyrics through tender vignettes as well as inspired a successful campaign to benefit global nonprofit Habitat for Humanity’s affordable housing in partnership with low-income families.
The brand new music video for “Anything Goes” also premiered across VEVO and fans can watch here. Director Shaun Silva captured content on FGL’s headline ANYTHING GOES TOUR 2015 throughout recent stops in West Palm Beach, FL; Tampa, FL and Birmingham, AL. Exclusively promoted by Live Nation and sponsored by Mountain Dew, the tour solidified FGL as the lead Country act on Billboard’slatest Hot Tours list. The high-octane live show also features openers Thomas Rhett and Frankie Ballard in addition to magician Justin Flom. FGL simultaneously joins as direct support on Luke Bryan’s KICK THE DUST UP TOUR.
Earlier this week, FGL scored their seventh career #1 hit as “Sippin’ On Fire” took the top spot on both Mediabase and Billboard Country Airplay charts. The GOLD-certified hit is featured on their chart-topping, GOLD-certified sophomore album ANYTHING GOES (Republic Nashville) and follows the project’s consecutive #1 smashes “Sun Daze” and “Dirt.”
