Get Ready to Belt Out Your Favorites in the New “Sing 2” Trailer (WATCH)

If you enjoyed Illumination’s Sing back in 2016, then get ready for Sing 2 to arrive in theaters on Dec. 22.

The trailer for the sequel came out today, and boy we are in for a treat. Not only does the movie look action-packed and exciting, but the already stellar cast includes even more A-list talent.

With the first film already featuring Matthew McConaughey, Tori Kelly, Reese Witherspoon, Nick Kroll, Scarlett Johansson, and many more, this film will have you singing, dancing, AND laughing with new additions like Bono, Halsey and Chelsea Peretti

Along with the trailer reveal, the film’s official Twitter account posted a video of the cast hyping up the trailer and preparing fans for what’s to come.

Sing followed Buster Moon (McConaughey), a high-class Koala, who put on a singing competition to save his theater from financial ruin. In this sequel, Buster and his company are looking to open a show at the Crystal Tower Theater but must first convince reclusive rock legend Clay Calloway (Bono) to perform with them.

Since the first movie had us on the edge of our seats during many scenes, it can only mean good things ahead for the second film, and the trailer definitely has us begging for more!

Sing 2 is a journey like its predecessor, with an even better soundtrack in store. Covers of songs by DrakeBillie EilishAlicia KeysShawn MendesEminem and more are shown in the three-minute trailer.
