Sam Dezz wants people to know that he’s more than just a pretty face on your social media feeds.
The 19-year-old — who you most definitely double tapped if his photos or videos have come up on your Instagram or TikTok page — is actually a Wilhelmina model and influencer that has a passion for creating authentic content.
“[The pandemic] has definitely helped me connect more with my audience. It’s given me more time to have personal relationships and stuff like that. It’s given me time to respond to DMs, meet new people and see what my audience is really like. I guess it’s been a blessing,” Dezz tells Celeb Secrets in an interview.
“It’s also helped me think outside of the box because you can’t really collab with as many people because you can’t go out and stuff like that. Even though the kind of content I can make [is limited], it makes me have to think outside of the box, which is really nice.”
Aside from planning the next thirst trap on Instagram or funny video on TikTok, Dezz has been keeping busy in quarantine by honing on his acting skills while spending time with his girlfriend and fellow social media influencer Brooke Monk.
“I think we have a great relationship,” he says about his romance with Monk. “It’s healthy. I just post whatever I enjoy posting and hopefully people like it. I don’t think too deep into it.”
Regarding his acting, Dezz says that he’s been on the virtual audition circuit and “hopes to land something soon.”
“I just got into [acting],” he shares. “I feel like I’m a completely different person [when I’m auditioning]. I hope it goes back to normal soon because I feel like there’s nothing like being in person and reading lines in front of directors and producers and stuff like that.”
