Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik have finally shared their baby daughter’s name and they did it in the most low-key, 2021 way possible.
Although the couple hasn’t shared much about their baby, they welcomed their daughter last September. Hadid subtly dropped her daughter’s name in her Instagram bio earlier this week, and fans have been legit losing their minds over it. It now reads “Khai’s mom” and we’re loving it!
Hadid hasn’t given any intel as to why the parents went with that name, but TMZ reports that Khai’s name is actually in honor of Hadid’s grandmother, who was named Khairiah. “Khai” also means “crowned” in Arabic.
Khai is both Hadid and Malik’s first child, so of course, they’re still getting used to the “new parents” life. Just last week Hadid shared an Instagram post for Malik’s 28th birthday and captioned it, “Team No Sleep!”
The couple has yet to share photos of Khai’s face but has given us small glimpses of their precious bundle of joy on their socials.
