Toronto-based pop/rock group Girl Pow-R are back with more anthemic tunes that have even better messages than before.
The teens are putting their own twist on the famous “Cups” from Pitch Perfect in their new song “Friends Click” and Celeb Secrets has your first look to the track’s new video. The fun visual shows the girls singing and dancing along to the tune that Ava describes as “all about having fun with your friends and having each other’s backs.”
“My favorite lyric in “Friends Click” is “we all hung out together for the first time, potential friendship I can see it in my mind.” because as soon as all of the Girl Pow-R members hung out together, we all had such a great bond towards one another!” Milana shared with Celeb Secrets.
Carina continued, My favorite lyric in the song is “feel like I’ve known you for all of my life, when you’re by my side, we can fly high” because when you surround yourself with positive people they will impact your life for the better!”
2018 has been such a stellar year for Girl Pow-R. All of their songs they released this year have surpassed 105K combined YouTube plays and Spotify streams, and they’re the Global Ambassadors of The 2018 Toronto Youth Day.
