Jack & Jack are back with another smash single and it doesn’t even compare to their previous hits. “No One Compares To You!”
Appropriately titled “No One Compares To You,” the catchy track was written by Michael Matosic (Lauv), Jake Torrey (Kiiara, PRETTYMUCH) and TMS (Dua Lipa, Maroon 5, G-Eazy) and produced by TMS and Jussi (Bebe Rexha) and available for streaming on all music platforms.
“No One Compares To You” follows on the heels of Jack & Jack’s hit collaboration “Rise” with multiplatinum-artist and producer Jonas Blue that has surpassed over half a billion streams.
After listening to the song in its entirety, it’s pretty clear that the duo has past relationships that they can’t stop thinking about.
“Thoughts of you and me keep passing by, Like ships in the night, we never collide,” they croon on the opening line. “Need you even after all this time. You can’t be replaced, even if I tried,” they sing before going into how they can’t replace the special someone in the chorus.
The upbeat tune has an addictive dance beat that details the struggle of not being able to replace someone you loved. “Every time I think I found somebody, I just wish that somebody was you/ There’s no way that someone else could make me ever feel the same way that you do,” the chorus muses.
