We finally have the details on who will be hostingÂ Teen Choice 2016!

Choice Male Athlete nominee John CenaÂ and actress/recording artist Victoria JusticeÂ will be co-hosting the show thatÂ honors theÂ yearâ€™s iconic starsÂ from the best films, most-loved TV shows, fiercest music and the top moments in fashion, digital and comedy with coveted Teen Choice Surfboard awards.

Additionally, Choice Music Breakout Artist nominee Charlie PuthÂ will perform his hit single, â€œWe Donâ€™t Talk Anymore,â€ and Empireâ€™s Serayah also will perform.

Teen Choice 2016Â airs LIVE from the “Fabulous” Forum on Sunday, July 31st @ 8PM ET/PT on FOX.
