Today, this year’s biggest global breakthrough artist, Julia Michaels, joins Justin Bieber and BloodPop® for the official remix of their smash hit “Friends”—which she co-wrote. The original version on the song is already approaching 250 million Spotify streams.

Michaels shows no signs of stopping or slowing down as we approach the end of 2017 either. Her debut single “Issues” has now been streamed nearly 1 billion times worldwide. This week, she graces the cover of Billboard Magazine’s GRAMMY® Preview issue as one of the magazine’s picks for “Best New Artist.”

Recently, she picked up her very first nomination at the American Music Awards in the category of “New Artist of the Year.” Earlier this week, she took over television as the subject of an episode of ABC’s Nightline.
