Looks like someone’s excited to see that Kim and Pete have broken up.
Kanye “Ye” West took to Instagram this morning (August 8) to express his sentiments about ex-wife Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson‘s nine-month relationship ending.
The rapper posted a mock-up of a New York Times newspaper headline with the title “SKETE DAVIDSON DEAD AT AGE 28”, and apparently, Kim isn’t happy about it.
According to The Daily Mail, a source claims that the SKIMS owner confronted her ex-husband over the post, calling it “appalling,” demanding that he take it down.
The source also claims that Kim is continuing to have Pete’s back, stating, “Kim won’t stand for this. She is demanding that Kanye take the post down, but he won’t… she has been vigorously defending Pete. She’ll never get back together with Kanye over the way he’s treated the people she loves and respects.”
The reality star split from Davidson last week, with reports revealing that the couple were having difficulty balancing their relationship amongst scheduling conflicts and distance. The pair was originally linked last October after Kardashian made her SNL hosting debut.
Kim gushed over her relationship with the former SNL star during season one of The Kardashians, stating, “Pete has got to be literally the best human being I’ve ever met… I would say the perfect word to describe Pete is genuine.”
This isn’t the first time Kanye has expressed his frustrations over Kim moving on with the 28-year-old. The Yeezy owner has made waves by posting troubling images in the past about their relationship, later getting him banned from Instagram for twenty-four hours in March.
Currently, Kanye’s Instagram is back to having no content posted, deleting his newspaper mock-up image.
