American author and actress Katrina Kusa is adding the title of songwriter and recording artist to her list of talents!
The all-around artist is making waves with her debut single “Ta$te It” Prod. By Indian Trap. Racking in over 250,000 Spotify streams and counting, the hip-hop earworm is also a trending remix on TikTok, with over 100 dances posted to the platform to date.
“Ta$te” It is an infectious hip-hop tune that features Katrina Kusa’s confident yet playful tone atop Indian Trap’s genre-bending production. Katrina’s lyrical prowess is evident throughout, and don’t even get us started on the hook… one listen and you will quite literally, be hooked.

Katrina was introduced to the idea of working on music back in 2019 when she worked on a music project in Los Angeles. She was recently discovered by J2, the producer behind the Indian Trap moniker, and has been catapulted into the music industry. It’s no surprise though, as J2 has worked with artists like Shakira, Beyonce, the Pussycat Dolls, Cassie, and countless others.
Katrina has also been in the studio working with songwriter Delos, who has worked with the likes of Katy Perry and Madonna, as well as recording artist Vivaswan.
