Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly, two outwardly different people, seem to have fallen in love overnight! The young rapper and staple actress shocked fans nationwide when they were spotted spending time together outside of their work schedule.
After meeting on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass, a new action-packed crime/thriller movie directed by Randall Emmett premiering in July of 2021, the two started off as friends and quickly began getting to know each other better while on set. Their relationship advanced from there and they were soon posting pictures together on Instagram. Fox and her husband Brian Austin Green then filed for divorce in September 2020, just six months after she and MGK met.
Fox and her ex-husband have three young children together, but her new relationship with MGK is the talk of the town. The lingering question keeping fans on their toes in terms of this new spark is what these two might have in common. Aside from their differing lifestyles and slight age difference, they seem to have the same energy, as well as very similar outlooks on life.
Appearing together on their directors’ podcast Give Them Lala…With Randall hosted by Lala Kent and Randall Emmett – Fox and MGK opened up about their relationship, explaining the strong attraction they both felt almost immediately.
“The second I was in the room with him and said hello to him and looked into his eyes, I knew right away that he was what I call a twin flame,” says Fox.
Fox claims that a twin flame is a much more serious, high-powered kind of love that surpasses a soulmate. “Instead of a soulmate, a twin flame is where a soul has ascended into a high enough level that it can be split into two different bodies at the same time. So we’re actually two halves of the same soul, I think.”
The couple was recently seen at the Billboard Music Awards and iHeartRadio Music Awards together, clearly expressing their intimacy and love for each other as they posed for pictures. Though their relationship may seem random to some, they surely seem to be enjoying the time they’ve spent together throughout this past year!
