Mickey Guyton just got a musical touchdown!
Earlier today (February 1), it was announced that the “All American” singer and country music star would be singing the national anthem at Super Bowl LVI.
Super Bowl LVI takes place at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, making this Guyton’s biggest stage to date. The venue holds 70,000+ spectators and the telecast is viewed by millions worldwide.
The 38-year-old singer took to her socials to share her excitement for this opportunity.

Since the announcement Guyton’s comments have been flooded with support and love from fans, friends and fellow artists such as Keisha Renee, Tenille Arts, Leslie Fram and more.
Along with the announcement, producer Jesse Collins shared a video of the moment Guyton received the news that she would be performing at Super Bowl LVI.

Guyton replied to the post by simply saying, “I will never get over this.”
Super Bowl LVI will take place LIVE from SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles next Sunday, Feb. 13, where the Los Angeles Rams will face the Cincinnati Bengals beginning at 6:30PM ET/3:30 PM PT on NBC.
