Nickelodeon empowered kids to get up and get active when its TV channels, websites, and app went off air and offline for its 11th Annual Worldwide Day of Play on Saturday, September 20, from 12pm-3pm.
The Thundermans’ Jack Griffo and Kira Kosarin along with Instant Mom’s Sydney Park and Tylen Jacob Williams headed to the Nethermead in Brooklyn’s Prospect Park to participate in various activities including NBA fitness drills, BMX biking, seated volleyball, personal exercise trampolines, soccer drills, giant bowling, connect four, and dance routines.
Worldwide Day of Play is part of Nickelodeon’s ongoing health and wellness efforts and continues the network’s legacy of promoting prosocial initiatives to its viewers.
