Polartropica is bringing space pop to a whole new level with her song “Golden Soul” and Celeb Secrets has your first look to its music video!
“Golden Soul (was) or (is a space galaxy dream piece) inspired by a family very close to me,” Polartropica tells Celeb Secrets. “Watching them struggle these past years trying to help their daughter through an opioid addiction was heartbreaking in ways I could never have imagined, but also a testament to unconditional love and the unbreakable bonds we share.”
Polartropica is the music endeavor of Los Angeles based, whimsical space-pop artist, Ihui (eeway) Cherise Wu. Born in Taiwan yet raised in California, Wu successfully combines quirky pop melodies, futuristic synths and classical string arrangements, creating a genre of bubblegum psychedelia that you’ve never heard before.
