Pop Artist Abigail Rose Reminds Her Listeners To Not Sweat The Small Things In Single “Out of My Hands” (Premiere)

Emerging pop star, Abigail Rose is gearing up to drop her therapeutic single “Out of My Hands” and Celeb Secrets has your first listen!

Nashville, Tennessee is known for breeding country artists, but when you least expect it – a pop or hip-hop songstress might come out of the woodworks to surprise Music City with playful and enigmatic lyrics that will either leave listeners speechless or learning every word. Abigail Rose is like a diamond in the rough in the iconic honky-tonk town and she has placed her name on the map for her impressive stage presence, catchy pop melodies, and not to mention her extraordinary songwriting abilities.

While the musician splits her time between Nashville and Los Angeles to practice her craft, she collaborates and writes alongside name-worthy vocalists such as Davina Michelle and Londin Thompson. In fact, after penning a song with Thompson called “Wish It Would Rain” and uploading the melancholy tune to TikTok, the video quickly gained three million views and received praise from Mille Bobby Brown, Meghan Trainor, and Tana Mongeau. Overnight the independent artist generated a massive following of over 73K and was signed to Republic Records.

With that being said, Rose decided to keep the positive momentum going and called up her good friends Ryan Harvey and Chelsea Balan to make some magic happen. In a short amount of time, the group of talented songwriters produced “Out of My Hands.”

The recently released track delivers a valuable lesson to never sweat the small stuff and to let go of the things in life one can’t control. “‘Out of My Hands’ is all about being okay with letting go of the things you can’t control,” says Rose in an exclusive Celeb Secrets interview. “You can’t control other people or getting older, and as soon as I stopped worrying about those things as much, ironically, I felt like I had more power. This song was such a release for me to write and it now serves as a reminder any time start to slip back into old patterns.”

2020 has been a difficult year for everyone, it has brought people to overthink, worry about their loved ones, and have even instilled anxiety within some who are worried about the unforeseen future. While “Out of My Hands” wasn’t exactly about the COVID-19 pandemic, the artist made the correlation while writing over Zoom – making the captivating single relatable to everyone facing a hardship.

“I wrote this song with my two co-writers, Ryan Harvey and Chelsea Balan, in one of the first Zoom sessions I did at the beginning of the pandemic. Although these lyrics weren’t directly inspired by the pandemic, I think looking back on it now that defiantly impacted the session that day and the way the song turned out,” shared Rose.

Rose did not let the pandemic come in her way as she started the recording process for “Out of My Hands.” Like many others in the industry, she adapted to the times and made it work. “I ended up creating a make-shift vocal booth out of a clothing rack and blankets in the basement,” says Rose. “I had never recorded my vocals by myself before, but learning how to do that and being able to be more self-sufficient going forward definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way. The vocals you hear in the track are the ones I recorded myself!”

Now that the pop artist has proven to be an innovative soloist, she turned to Celeb Secrets to share that she has fresh music up her sleeve and ready to be released. “I have so much new music on the way over the next few months and some really fun collaborations with other artists coming up.”

Until she spills the tea on the highly anticipated partnership, pop in your AirPods, turn up the volume, and embrace her latest release “Out of My Hands.” Let us know if you added her new single to your everyday playlist by leaving a comment below or by tweeting us @celebsecrets.
