Still beaming with excitement from her recent nuptials and first-ever Academy of Country Music nomination for New Female of the Year, RaeLynn continues to celebrate with the announcement of her 2016 Radio Disney Awards’ nod for Favorite Country Song (“God Made Girls”).
The GOLD-certified track, which RaeLynn penned with hit songwriters Nicolle Galyon, Liz Rose and Lori McKenna, collectively shares womanly wisdom spanning across multiple generations.
“I am thrilled to have such a special relationship with Radio Disney and for ‘God Made Girls’ to be on their radar as a contender for Favorite Country Song,” shared RaeLynn. “When we wrote this song, I was really proud of its universal message of embracing your femininity as you grow and develop from a girl into a woman.
