Rainey Qualley poses with Brenden Oliver (CMA Membership & Balloting) and Carrie Tekautz (CMA Membership & Balloting) during her visit to the CMA Headquarters in Nashville recently.
The Cingle Records recording artist met with CMA staff members and performed a four song set.
The new artist was excited to place her name plate on the commemorative plaque where the CMA displays artists who have given Special Performances and brought the gift of song to the CMA.
Qualley brings her gift of song again to the stage of The Grand Ole Opry® tonight when she makes her second appearance on the hallowed stage. Her latest single, the self-penned “Me and Johnny Cash” is sure to be on the set list. Check out photos from her Opry debut earlier this fall here.
ICYMI, we caught up with Rainey during her time at the 2015 CMA Music Festival over the summer! In our interview, Rainey talks about her first CMA Fest, her debut EP, and more. Make sure to check out the video HERE!
