Scotty McCreery to Host Twitter Chat in Honor of American Idol’s Farewell Season (@ScottyMcCreery)

Scotty McCreery (@ScottyMcCreery) will host a Twitter Q&A this week to celebrate the farewell season of American Idol!

Fans wanting to submit questions for the Twitter Q&A should use the hashtag “#AskScotty” in their tweets.

McCreery won American Idol Season 10 back in 2011 when he was 17 years old.  Now age 22, he has sold more than 2.5 million albums, debuted three albums at No. 1 on a Billboard chart, earned one Gold and three Platinum singles, been awarded an ACM and CMT Award, and toured with Brad Paisley and Rascal Flatts, among others. McCreery will release his first book, Go Big or Go Home: The Journey Toward the Dream, on May 3 (available for pre-sale now at and other retailers).

He is currently working on his new album which will be released later in 2016 and features his current single “Southern Belle.”
