MKTO played a special show at Ramapo College on Saturday evening (March 7) in Mahwah, NJ and CelebSecrets4U was on-site to enjoy the show and interact with fans.
The show marked the duo’s first concert of 2015, so we knew we were in for a special treat. Tony and Malcolm performed songs off their debut record, including their current single “American Dream,” and “Thank You.” MKTO’s fans, better known as the “MKTO Army,” were snapping photos on their iPhones and singing along to the bands’ catchy lyrics from songs such as “Could Be Me” and “Heartbreak Holiday.”
As far as covers go, the guys put their own twist on Rihanna, Kayne West, and Sir Paul McCartney’s “Four Five Seconds” and Dion DiMucci’s “Run Around Sue” and in our opinion, they absolutely nailed them!

It was then time for the moment everyone in the room was waiting for — new music. Tony teased on Twitter earlier in the day that they would be performing new music, including their next single “Bad Girls” which is expected to drop this April. We were super impressed with the new tracks and can definitely see the improvement in the guys’ vocals and growth in their sound.
MKTO have a few more shows across the United States for the remainder of the month. To see if Tony and Malcolm are coming to your city, make sure to head over to wearemkto.com. MKTO’s concert is definitely something you do not want to miss — especially if you’ve been dying for new music!
