WARNING – SPOILER ALERT
Week 8 of The Bachelor kicks off with Ben traveling to Orange County, CA to meet Amanda as well as to finally meet her two adorable little girls. After a wonderful afternoon on the beach with the girls, Ben and Amanda venture to meet her family. Instantly, her concerned parents wonder if Ben is ready to be an immediate full-time dad. After intense conversation with her family, Ben too wonders if he’s ready to be a step-father.
Next, Ben finds himself in Portland, OR, ready to meet up with Lauren B. After exploring the city and visiting the infamous “Keep Portland Weird” sign, Lauren B. takes Ben to finally meet her family. Lauren B. is worried about getting her family’s approval; she is certain that she won’t be able to move forward without it. After being grilled by Lauren B’s sister, Ben shows off his emotional side and wins her over. After hearing her dad’s concern about her likelihood of being hurt, Lauren B. can’t tell Ben that she loves him.
In Hudson, OH, Caila shares some places with Ben that she holds near and dear to her. Before heading to meet her family, the pair stops at a toy company in order to design and build their very own toy home. Once at her house, Ben delves deeper into Caila’s inability to love with her mom and Caila tells her family that she is in love. Caila isn’t able to pluck up their courage to tell Ben how she feels prior to his departure.
Finally, Ben is off to Dallas to meet JoJo, only to find her in tears; JoJo has just received roses and a letter from her ex-boyfriend. After a deep conversation, JoJo and Ben are able to work through the awkward situation and the mood of the day shifts. Once at her house, Ben endures a new level of grilling from JoJo’s brothers who are worried that Ben is not reciprocating the same feelings. Once her dad shuts her brothers down, Ben is able to breathe more, but ends up leaving Dallas feeling unsettled.
Now, Ben must make a gut-wrenching decision to narrow the field to three women in the toughest rose ceremony to date. The first rose goes to Lauren B., the next rose to Caila and the final rose goes to JoJo. This leaves Amanda, who is the next woman to go home. Amanda is upset that Ben did not just send her home directly after her hometown; Ben expresses that it took all four hometowns to make his decision and ends up becoming very emotional after her departure.

Week 9 Predictions:
Based on the apparent developing feelings seen in Week 8, CelebSecrets4U predicts that JoJo will be the next woman sent home. We believe that Ben will tell both Lauren B. and Caila that he loves them. We are certain that emotions will be high throughout next week’s episode!
