Tiffany Haddish is hosting the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards this June and is getting us SO hyped for it in this new promo that dropped earlier today.
In the video, the hilarious actress tells us how her journey to get where she is wasn’t easy. From sleeping in her car in Beverly Hills to hosting bah mitzvahs, Haddish proves that she is a real-life girl boss who totally deserves to host the progressive award ceremony.
“You don’t want another generic dude in a tux hosting a boring-ass award show — you want the boss who paved her own way,” Haddish says.
The nominees for the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards will be announced at a later date, and the show will air Monday, June 18th @ 9PM ET/PT on MTV.
