Halsey, 5 Seconds of Summer & Lizzo Blow The Roof Off at Q102’s Jingle Ball in Philadelphia

The 2019 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour is in full swing!

Celeb Secrets headed to Philadelphia for Q102’s Jingle Ball at the Wells Fargo Center for the radio station’s annual concert on Wednesday (December 11). With a lineup including Halsey, 5 Seconds of Summer, Niall Horan, Lizzo, Monsta X, Why Don’t We and Lewis Capaldi, we knew we were in for an epic night filled with this year’s chart-topping hits.

Why Don’t We kicked things off for the evening, singing their bop “Come to Brazil” while adding in a fun Christmas cover of “Feliz Navidad.” It was the best way to get everyone pumped for the night they were going to have!

Following Why Don’t We, Jingle Ball newcomer Lewis Capaldi took the stage and captivated the audience with his new single “Before You Go” along with a heartfelt rendition of Vanessa Carlton’s “A Thousand Miles.” Niall Horan and 5 Seconds of Summer also didn’t disappoint, as the artists had the crowd singing along to their hits “Slow Hands” and “Too Much To Ask” and “Youngblood” and “Teeth,” respectively.

The most standout performance of the evening was none other than Lizzo! Watching the 8-time GRAMMY nominee have every single person (spoiler alert: the Wells Fargo Center holds 20,000 people) jumping up and down belting out the sassy lyrics to “Truth Hurts” and “Juice” was truly inspiring. “If 20,000 people can accept me for who I am, then people can accept you for who you are. Just be yourself,” she said.

To close out the night, Halsey donned a sexy Santa ensemble and sang some of her biggest hits, including “Bad At Love” and “Eastside,” as well as some newer tracks off her upcoming album dropping in January.
